Picture this -  It's a sunny Tuesday afternoon, you and a couple of your new friends are sitting in a tree getting to know one another a little bit better, and you notice something is missing. Music! You want something playing in the background to set the friendly - yet hella chill mood - so you pull out your new favorite playlist. Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy. This is the type of mix that any group (or individual - for you introverts) can listen to at ease.
When I'm hanging out with friends we almost always have some kind of music playing in the background for all kinds of reasons; to break the silence between convos, create new ones, and especially to share our newest findings!
This week, I'm sharing one of my newest findings with you! Rayland Baxter. He is quite a gem! I came across him at a (bad ass) little Grace Potter concert in Indianapolis this past weekend. To my surprise he was the opener and he. was. AWESOME. I actually got a chance to speak with his guitarist and drummer after Grace's set and I am elated to say that the Nashville natives are as sweet as can be. Let me know in the comments below what you think of Rayland & his band in the comments below!
